How long does my order take to ship?

We ship all orders free of charge for you with Fedex Express Premium Service. This includes the United States. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing and up to 2-3 business days for shipping. Each package is insured and tracking is provided. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days but sometimes there are carrier exceptions and circumstances involved such as holidays. Please note you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Failing to do so, does not entitle a refund. Also, should you receive any customs charges, please forward the invoice to us and we will take care of it for you!

What is your return policy? 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items are eligible for return if they remain in their original condition: unopened, unworn, unused for sanitary reasons, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
